HOLIDAY BOOKINGS
Credit and debit cards accepted (credit cards are charged at 2%)
A 25% non-returnable deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance payable no later than 8 weeks before departure.
Additionally a security deposit of £150 is required in the event of any damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 2 weeks after your departure. In the unfortunate event you were to have a small mishap, we would only charge you for the cost of the item/s (or making good) and return the balance of your security deposit. Alternatively we will take credit card details as security.
Sub-letting the holiday apartment is not permitted. In the event that holiday renters wish to invite further friends and family to stay in the apartment with you, please advise us of any additional occupants in order that we can notify the security office as only named visitors will have access. This is for the added security for both you the holiday maker and other apartment owners.
